Hermione and Pansy held hands, enjoying the tender evening.
Hermione couldn’t stop sneaking glances at Pansy from beneath her witches’ hat.
All December, she had been thinking about kissing Pansy. She’d been thinking about making love to her.
And all that was so much more than some hand holding.
“Um, Pans,” she asked quietly. “May I kiss you?”
Pansy blinked at her in shock. “Here?”
“Yes.”
Smiling, Pansy brought their mouths together. She tasted of mulled apples.
And her tongue was very warm.
Hermione felt the kiss deep inside.
