"We know that Monica's playing Hide and Seek with the presents again this year," Rachel smoothly stated, trying to ease away from Phoebe's more aggressive tactics.
Chandler smirked at the pair. "Well, you can just give up on getting anything out of me. You'll never find where Monica hid your Christmas presents. Badger away, ladies; it won't do you any good."
Phoebe raised a skeptical eyebrow. "What makes you so sure that we can't worm it out of you?"
He deflated a bit, his smugness vanishing. "Because she doesn't trust me enough to tell me, after you hounded me last December. She knows I'm weak, and that I crack under pressure."
