See how the snowlight gleams
With such magic and with dreams
As it falls by cold day or night
Such a sweet and a joyful sight

Sugar-white and so quartz-pure
To all eyes a sparkling lure
To all hearts a warming view
That could make a wish come true

Like such tiny diamonds cast
Across the field so white and vast
How they glint and catch the eye
Like the ground has turned to sky

Hold a wish within your heart
As the snowfall does start
It is as magic as it seems
See how the snowlight gleams
