There have been several times when River Song has taken the Doctor's breath away--on occasion, quite literally. Right now, though, with both of his hearts skipping easily several dozen beats each, he's not sure that he's ever found her quite so dazzling.
The dress, ruby-red, fits her like a glove. And the jewelry is exquisite, consisting of gems and precious metals that no jeweler in all the Milky Way could imagine existed.
As of that moment, the Doctor still hasn't decided where he's going to take River for their holiday jaunt. All he knows is that, wherever they turn up, she's easily going to be the most beautiful woman in the room.
