Title: 'Teambuilding'

"This is really gonna suck," Chandler groaned, tugging at his collar for the seventeenth time.
Monica swatted his hand away. "I know. But it's only for a few hours. I realize that that eyesore itches, but you can grin and bear it for a while."
He rolled his eyes. "Sure. That's easy for you to say. You get to stay home, while I endure a day in this ugly sweater, just because the boss decided it'd be a fun teambuilding activity. Who the hell decides that an ugly sweater contest is a teambuilding exercise, anyway?"
"A sadist."
"Yep; that sounds about right. At first, when the boss suggested it, I did think it might be funny to just go in, wearing a plain sweater, with a mirror taped to it, so that anyone who looked in the mirror became part of the ugly sweater." Nodding at the sight of Monica's grimace of distaste, Chandler finished: "But then I realized that it'd be less funny, and more an excellent way to become unemployed just in time for the holidays. Needless to say, I changed my mind."

If the boss in question is Doug, I can totally see him suggesting this “teambuilding” idea. And yup, he would NOT have liked Chandler's idea.
